Only a very small natural food store here. I shop out of town once a month to go to a bigger natural food store and Super Target. I know driving more isn't very eco but I can't eat organically in this town and it's only once a month and I visit my best friend while I am there and it's a date night with my husband and we get good gas mileage so could be worse.
